To Move As A Shadow:You must constantly be aware of your surroundings and be able to capitalize upon them. If you make an opening, then you absolutely must go for it or it is a waste of the “spirit of the thing.” If you practice otherwise, after a while you will be unable to take advantage of an enemy’s weaknesses and become ineffective as a warrior.- Miyamoto Musashi |

Both Suenaka-Ha Aikido dojos offer weekly classes. Additional aikido classes are scheduled as needed for special workouts and celebrated events such as seminars with Suenaka Sensei and our dojo anniversaries. Students have free access to train at either location without additional fees being imposed. This access to freely train at either dojo further enhances the synergistic relationship between the Richmond VA and Ashland VA schools.
